Mountaineering Scotland AGM

10am Saturday 14 November 2026 - Online

Members are invited to join Mountaineering Scotland’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held online on Saturday 14 November 2026 from 10am-12.45pm.

Given the commitment to supporting the "Wild Night In" event on the 4th Dec the decision has been taken to hold this years AGM online with a return to an in-person AGM and members gathering event planned for 2027.

This year, we are delighted to be joined by Alistair Todd our outgoing Director for Snowsports Touring who will be sharing some of his experiences and amazing photosof ski touring and summit camps in Scotland in a talk.

Members are invited to dial in from 9.45am for a 10am start for the meeting which will finish around 12.45pm.

Running order:

  • Presidents’ welcome
  • Alistair Todd talk: 'Ski touring and summit camps in Scotland'
  • Presentation of the 2025-26 annual report and members Q&A - Read our annual report 2025-26
  • Formal business of the AGM and results of votes - Agenda and How to Vote
  • Meeting close and thanks

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear about the organisation’s work over the past year, receive an update on our finances and plans for the future, and take part in the formal business of the organisation.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible online and to hearing your views as we continue to work together to support and represent Scotland’s mountaineering community.

Please register to attend the meeting by 2pm on Friday 13 November.

A joining link will be sent by email when you register - please check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.
